Graduate Center Facilities

The Graduate School is located in Brattleboro in the Marlboro College Graduate Center, a state-of-the-art facility that also houses technology-oriented companies. The proximity of these companies allows graduate students to benefit from internship/Capstone or employment opportunities.

The center is located minutes from Interstate 91 at the juncture of the Vermont, New Hampshire and Massachusetts borders. It is easily accessible throughout the greater New England region.

Leasing and Rental Opportunities

The Marlboro College Graduate Center is completely climate-controlled, providing comfortable air-conditioning and heating year-round in a modern, five-story, fully carpeted, tastefully decorated setting. Two elevators, ground floor access, ample proximal parking, and modern restroom facilities render the building completely accessible to all. The facility includes a fully-equipped fitness center, available to its long-term tenants and their employees. The fitness center and the main doors to the building are computer-access-controlled by electronic entry cards.

All rentals include audio-visual equipment available on-site and recommendations for a variety of local caterers.

Glassroom Classroom (1-D)

This beautiful classroom has an open and inviting feel with glass windows on one side and river views on the other. Seating for 30 can be configured in a variety of ways with movable tables that can also be stacked and easily pushed out of the way to create seating for up to 80. Bring your own laptop and hook it up to the projector, or use the existing mac mini with wireless keyboard and mouse.

Ledges (1-G)

Flexible seating for up to 16, full wall screen, two whiteboards. Bring your own laptop and hook it up to the projector, or use the existing mac mini with wireless keyboard and mouse.

Quiet Room (1-E)

Quiet, conference-style seating space for up to 16. Instructor/presenter PC workstation with DVD capability, digital projector, wall screen, whiteboard.

Classroom (1-D)

CORNER CONFERENCE ROOM (1-F)

Bright and beautiful conference room with seating for 8 featuring a 72" video conference screen. Bring your own laptop and hook it up to the projector, or use the existing mac mini with wireless keyboard and mouse.

2-E (2 EAST)

Large, bright classroom with expansive river views and capacity for 50 theater style. Instructor/presenter PC workstation with DVD capability, digital projector, laser pointer, wireless internet, podium, conference phone, PA capabilities, movable whiteboard, and space for catering.

2-C (2 WEST)

Equipped with mobile tables to accommodate seating for 30 in a variety of arrangements. Instructor/presenter PC workstation with DVD capability, digital projector, screen, whiteboard.

2-A (STUDY LOUNGE)

A comfortable meeting space with 2 couches, 3 desks, and seating for 10. Wireless internet connection available.
